The final pineapple and limes

I feel it could still use some work but it's not bad for finishing it around 3 am (which I wouldn't suggest).

I'll try to get a picture of it matted don't know why I didn't

This is about the point when I was like WOW it actually kind of resembles a pineapple!

This was hard for me because it was slow coming together. It just looked like blobs of color but by the end it was looking pretty good(at least in my opinion).

Leaves complete

My teacher said my pineapple leaves were "Glorious". I think they look better accompanying the pineapple however :).

The life of a pinapple

I showed this one as it progresses. It's not perfect but I do very much like the pineapple. It took me about an hour to do each segment. Just ignore the background it was a struggle of mine. At first the pineapple leaves looked like a rainbow threw up on my paper but it came together in the end.

Adventures in Watercolor Bamboo

With this we were learning the basics of flat wash, graded wash and a mingles wash as well as learning what our brushes can do. Not the most successful but it was a first attempt!
